On The Road Again Auto Repair was a life saver! Our van broke down while on tour and right before the shop closed. They stayed open to see us and diagnose the problem. Needed a new serpentine belt, belt tensioner, and idler pulley. They fixed what we needed and got us back on the road the very next morning, in plenty of time for the next show. Lisa also checked over everything and found a few issues that we didn’t know about and fixed those too! Highly recommend this shop. Some of the best service we’ve ever had!!

My daughters car broke down on the highway after hitting a pallet on her way down to FL to see me. On the road again auto shop got working on her car quickly as soon as it was towed there. They did a thorough diagnosis of the problem which turned out to be coolants low. They also noticed a bubble in one of her tires after hitting the pallet on the highway. They directed her to a reputable tire store who replaced her tire quickly so she could get back on the road.

Reached out using their online appointment app as our daughter just moved to Columbia for school and her a/c was not working properly. They responded as soon as they opened, confirmed my appointment that morning and got us in quickly, efficiently, diagnosed the problem got us back on the road in a timely manner. Were friendly, walked us through the diagnosis and waiting area clean and accommodating. So happy to find a local shop to have available should she need any other services.
