Dr. Thames provided a thorough exam, was patient and took the time to explain her findings and educate me on the health of my eyes. Everyone I dealt with in the office with was professional and courteous. Facility was clean, equipment up to date and had a great selection of frames. Highly recommend.

My parents and I all go see Dr. Thames for annual eye exams. She is professional and knowledgeable. The exams are very thorough. Dr. Thames and her staff are very friendly and accommodating. My parents don't speak English. The Dr. Thames and her staff all had the patience to let me translate before, during and after the exams. We never feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Thames to anyone looking for a great practice.

Great experience with all the staff from first phone call to contact lens training. Dr. Thames was great and she has a clean, informative, and thoughtful practice. I opted for the Monovision contact lens and am looking forward to seeing again! I have found my forever eye care practice! Give them a call and SEE for yourself.

Awesome care! I felt very welcomed and the staff was very professional. When it came down to ordering glasses I did not feel pressure to order anything that wasn't necessary. I was given several options and features and was told what my insurance covered before I chose. Definitely found my eye care place at Focus Vision and Eye!

My experience with Dr. Thames was amazing! She and her staff were very kind, patient, respectful, and professional. Dr. Thames was very careful and detailed when it came to the eye exam. It was more than just a vision check! She carefully examined the health of the eyes, gladly answered any concerns I had, and was very good at explaining complex procedures or medical terminology to my level of understanding. Compared to my past experiences at other vision clinics, I felt very comfortable and was not pressured to spend extra hard earned money on anything I didn't need. The staff was upfront

This was my first visit and I completely forgot. They called and were very patient and kind in helping me get another time (same day dr stayed late) the experience was great from the time I walked in. Very professional staff. The office was nice and clean. The dr was great in explaining the options for my lenses. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the friendly yet professional attitude and atmosphere in the office. They have not seen us in a year but made us feel like we were there yesterday. They were able to get my family of 4 in on the same day and worked us through quickly. They weren't even remotely upset when our appointments wmet into closing time. We have been going to this office for two years and will continue in the years to come. They are also convenient to Hutto, Round Rock and Pflugerville!

Went back again to take my son for an eye exam. This time we saw Dr. Lacey Thames and her and staff are very pleasant and professional. They were patient and reassuring with my son as they explained everything that was going on. My wife and I didn't feel rushed and had any concerns or questions answered. Thank you again.

Took my daughter in for a full vision screening since she failed the one at school. They got me in on the same day I called for the appointment. I was very pleased with how smooth everything went. From calling to filling out all the online paperwork. Clean office, nice staff and one of the sweetest doctors ever. Dr. Lacey made the whole visit fun and is very knowledgeable.

I've been twice and have had a great experience both times. I'm in & out quickly, but the visits are thorough and I've never felt rushed. I've worn contacts occasionally over the years & have always struggled with them. Dr. Lacey gave me some tips today when I tried again, and was so patient with me! I really appreciated her guidance and she gave me the confidence to try contacts again.

I've been needing a change of doctors and I finally found it! Doctor prescribed me a whole new pair of contact lenses and they are AMAZING! Jessica even told me about the great rebates I can get and she would take care of it all for me! Great eye care! Definitely will not be holding off to schedule another eye exam anymore.

Love this place! We have finally found our eye-care home. We called on Saturday and they were happily able to squeeze us in.
Dr. Lacy was kind and informative. They offer the new testing for eyes that can test without the dreaded "puff in the eye" test! Dr. Lacy did all the tests on my wife and I, letting us know how we did.
The exam itself was thorough as Dr. Lacy answered all of our questions and explained all the different options of tests/lenses/contacts now available with no pressures to buy.

Dr. Lacey Smith Thames has been my optometrist for years and she is AMAZING! She is so personable, kind, and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I have been wearing contacts since I was 12 and she is hands down the best optometrist I have ever had. She truly makes going to the eye doctor an enjoyable experience and will get you in as soon as possible. Love her new office up north and can't wait for the south Austin location to open!
