I have been a patient of Dr. Carroll since before he opened his own practice. He is super professional and very knowledgeable. His staff is amazing, too. I purchased my contacts through his office for the last two years, even though it would be cheaper at Sam's or Costco. Why? Because I want to support this man and his office! I highly recommend Dr. Carroll and his team. You will not be disappointed.

I took my 9 year old here for a vision test after he complained he couldn’t see the board at school. The initial call and email convo started off a little rough but I am so glad I went through with the appointment because the rest of the staff was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and extremely sweet and helpful. I didn’t feel like we were being upsold or hassled, I got all my questions answered with clear answers. The medical assistant or technician who did the initial exam was so great with my son and even did her best to entertain my babies while they waited. At the end of the appointment

Wow! Being a healthcare worker myself, I know how hard it can be to slow down and really spend the time you want to with your patients, but Dr. Carroll does it beautifully! I felt like a priority and like I was involved in my assessment/care rather than just “taking his word for it.” The staff is personable, efficient, and excellent at their skills, knowledge, and ability to educate. They provide options and true informed consent! This is a practice that empowers their patients! I highly recommend it.
