Our roof had hail damage from the April hail storm that hit our town. Travis from Summit Roofing came, was very professional and friendly. He inspected our roof and found significant hail damage. He even tarped an area that had started leaking free of charge! He helped us navigate the tedious insurance puzzle and worked hard to help us get our roof and gutters replaced. Travis explained the whole process, communicated during every step and made sure that everything went perfectly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUMMIT ROOFING TO EVERYONE!!! Mr. Travis was the BOMB IN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING! SUPER PATIENT, THERAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO DOING HIS JOB!! Summit Roofing was a great choice for replacing our hail damaged and aging roof. From the free inspection to walking us through the process, they were responsive, professional and thorough. Sean, our point of contact, worked directly with us on our insurance claim and ensured we understood every step of the process. He even made sure he was at our home when we had the insurance adjuster assess the damage on a weekend. Their clean up was thorough and we appreciated that when there was minor damage to some exterior lighting by the work crew, they ensured it was repaired promptly and covered all costs

Working with Travis was great! He explained the process to us and made sure to answer any questions that we had and continued to follow up with us until the replacement date was set. If we had of had any problems, I know that he would have been able to get them resolved. We are happy with our roof and it looks great!

Travis was exceptional and a true example of honesty, integrity and transparency. He explained everything, took his time with us and addressed every question and concern. Travis was thorough and professional. He did such an amazing job we recommended him to our daughter and her roof is being completed in the next few weeks! Lastly, our roof looks amazing! We had many roof salesmen knock on our door, but Travis was our choice and we're delighted!!

So happy with my new roof. The guys came early in the morning to get started and had to stop unfortunately because of rain but they were back early the next morning and got it all finished in just a few hours. They were very good about cleaning up around the yard as well. I highly recommend Summit Roofing and Construction. They have a wide variety… of shingle options and were quick to get my roofing appointment scheduled. I was kept up to date with what to expect, when they roofers would be at my house and what was happening because of the rain stoppage. Thank you Josh Steelman/Owner!

Summit did a terrific job for us! We had to get a new roof due to hail and wind damage. we were also trying to socially distance due to elderly parents. We were able to do every thing by phone. They sent us photos of the damage, coordinated with the insurance adjuster, and explained the whole process to us. They came out and inspected, then called… to help us file our claim. They were with us every step of the way. We were working from home, and they were as quiet as possible. We would definitely recommend Summit for all your roofing and construction needs!

I had Summit Roofing replace my roof after a recent hail storm and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Travis walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and made the process very stress-free. The roofers were on time, finished the job in one day, and were very thorough cleaning up afterwards. My roof looks great and I would highly recommend them!
