The owner truly knows the foundation of construction. He can identify and troubleshoot issues , which are common with the many moving parts involved in building a home. He is always lending a helping hand to those in need (clients, friends, even strangers ) especially during times when the community is in need.

We deeply regret hiring this builder five years ago. Initially we were pleased with their price and service when we chose them. The custom home looked great and service was good, but two years later, the real problems arise. We sued them since we had a construction defect 1.5 years after the house was completed and they did not accept responsibility. One of our roof tiles had fallen after a storm, and an independent contractor had determined that the tiles were improperly installed. Also, the construction process took longer than expected and was not smooth. Due to turnover we switched project

This was close to the worst experience we've ever had spending on one of the largest purchases you make in your lifetime. Lake Hills Custom Homes built our house a little over 3 years ago. We have had to re-work our septic system and we had to haul a truck load of dirt in to re-bury our propane tank. Both maintenance crews tell us they put both of these in the worst possible place. We have had to replace all our smoke detectors. Our stained concrete floors are so bad, they fired the contractor AFTER they did our house but did NOT offer to redo ours - if we could afford it, we would have them redone
