I really can't say enough positive things about Victory Lane Automotive. My experience was very positive. I just moved recently to the Springfield/Chicopee area so this was my first time there, but I plan on using them in the future after my experience. The owner/mechanic responded very quickly via text to my request to look at my car which was making a weird sound when turning left. He was able to get me in two days later, and when I arrived at nine am, he immediately checked the car (no wait at all), figured out that it was water on the heater box, and drained it. I've had Jimmy work on my vehicles for almost 10 years now, and his level of service is always excellent. There was a point where I had a fuel pump that he replaced die the following day, and without hesitation he covered my tow bill and replaced it a second time at no charge.

We went to see James Sullivan of Victory Lane to ask about our 2012 Chevy sonic with a broken shifter lever that got stuck during shifting and to ask what it would cost since we were moving out of state and central Chevy gave us a 585.00 bill to service. James Checked on what we told him and on 7/17 James Sullivan got the part and within 10 minutes and price tag of 244.00 he got it fixed. Rwe recommend Victory lane automotive highly for their integrity and responsibility for a job well done. Thank you James and company. Highly recommend this automotive repair!
