We are currently looking for a motivated, team oriented, outcome driven, Full Time LVN's in our East, West, North and Central Houston Service Areas. We utilize Kinnser software, making it easy for our clinicians to document in the home, and for there to be little need for the nurse to come into the office on a regular basis.

I’ve been with signature for 2 years and it’s changed my life. This is by far the best in home health care. Our skilled nurses are highly trained, experienced, and empathetic. Angela Ives was assigned to work with my mother in February and March 2021. She was friendly, cheerful and concerned for my mother's safety. She did a safety assessment of Mother's house, suggesting that she take up her scatter rugs, etc. to prevent tripping and falling. Mother looked forward to Angela's visits. Mother had had in home physical therapy from another service in the past. She complained about having someone come in her house. Angela is the only home care employee that my mother welcomed into her home.

As a in home wound care clinician (nurse practitioner) It has been an absolute pleasure working with this company. They keep me informed on my patient’s progress each visit. Its very comforting knowing I have a great team of nurses for my patient’s wound care needs. Felicia, January and Tasia are the nurses I’ve worked with so far. I could not be more impressed with that group of nurses. It is an absolute delight working with them and Signature Health Services. I will definitely be referring more patients.

I LOVE the staff here. My mother-in-law was under their care for about 1-2 years. Belen was our nurse who checked in on her. She really loved her time with Belen and even though she (MIL) is no longer here. I hear from
Belen from time to time. The therapists are all wonderful as well. They worked with her until she was able to do the tasks/stretches/exercises they assigned her. They had her walking down the street before she got ill and passed.

The nurses and staff have such AMAZING bedside manners and care deeply for their patients. Working for a referring provider, if we send them a patient they can not accept, their team goes above and beyond to help us get the right care for our patients! I worked at Signature Healthcare years ago and can honestly say it was the best Home Health Agency I had ever worked for. The Management is actively involved with the employees in the office and in the field. The nurses are top notch who really care about their patients.
