After building a new home, the initial water system recommended and installed by another company was unable to purify our water after several attempts and tweaks. I've been working with Gerrit at Besco. Last spring, we upgraded our system based on his analysis and recommendations. Our particular well water is very challenging to say the least, but Gerrit has worked diligently with us to achieve clear water. He has responded almost immediately to all of our inquiries along the way, and he does not hesitate to do what it takes to solve problems. He's calm and articulate as he problem solves. I don't know what your experience has been getting contractors to work with you quickly and effectively over the past few years, but I've found it difficult to get them

Purchased a coffee maker from them a few years ago. I have recently had some issues with the coffee maker and they are working closely with me to resolve the issue. Every time I call in they are very responsive and provide great customer service. I would definitely purchase products from them again in the future.

I work in Portage which is 35 minutes from this company. I live on the west side of Lansing and I have an 1:10 drive each way every day. My standard practice is to leave work a few minutes early and stop to pick up 5 gallon jugs of water on my way home from work. I don't understand why this company thinks that staying open until 5:30 is acceptable for common working folk to get to their location before they close, but hey we try to make it work.

Great company to work with and very knowledgeable. We had Connie out to test our water because of the great reference our parents gave us about their experience and water system they have through Besco. Connie took the time to tell us what we should do for our well water and followed up with a very informative email and report of the water test. They also didn't pressure us or try to sell us systems we don't need. Overall it was a great experience.

Besco was recommended to us by our plumbing contractor. I worked with Connie about a year ago to have a water softener installed in our home and went back recently to purchase a plumbed-in commercial Keurig coffee brewer for our home as well.
