Our existing water softener took a turn for the worse a couple of years ago and we were recommended to contact Miracle Soft Water in Howell by a family member. Could not be happier! John has been extremely helpful with all of our water softener needs since installing our new unit. Our H2O Softener lost pressure and we were in a pickle. We had some Big Brand Name come out and they wanted to charge us over 3k. Not satisfied, my husband called Miracle Soft Water and spoke with John; He immediately said it sounds like the filter... "Try that, and if it doesn't work call me back". Long story short, John was right. Everything is working perfectly and he saved us some big bucks! Don't find too many folks/business' like that anymore. Thanks John! You have our business!!

Great company with fast response time. Our water softener stopped working completely and we have small children so we could not afford to wait days for service. We called beauchamps and a couple other local companies who wouldn't come out for 5 days even with us requesting emergency service. Miracle Soft Water was at our house within four hours of our call. The technician was very friendly and even demonstrated to my husband how to fix the issue if it were to happen again. Highly recommend them!
