Bernie Blystone, PT and is an independently owned private physical and sports therapy rehabilitation practice that has been providing quality rehabilitation in Eastern North Carolina for over 30 years. Your first step is to schedule an appointment. If you have a referral we will ask for it, but you DO NOT need one to be evaluated or begin treatment. After establishing your appointment, you will need to complete some new patient paperwork. If you do not complete this paperwork prior to your initial appointment you will be asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete it in our waiting room.

After shoulder replacement I needed therapy. The team is professional. I had an evaluation and started the appropriate therapy. At first therapy was 3x per week but quickly moved to 1x per week with a set of home exercises that I did several times a day. My surgeon was very pleased with my range of motion at 6 weeks. I am continuing my therapy to build strength and range of motion. This team will have me back in a kayak in no time. I highly recommend Coastal Rehab. Thank you Coastal Rehab!
