I’ve lived in Ashton Park for 2 years now my lease is up this month, only reason I’m not renewing is because I’m relocating. For the price the complex is great! Ms. Greta was the property manager when I first moved in and she was absolutely amaziiinnng!!! the property was always safe, clean, professional, and all my work orders were handled within 24hrs. Now when she left, I could definitely tell the difference. work orders were handled but it took at least a week, my ac unit stayed going out. and it took longer than I wanted to get it fixed. The Apartment manager is horrible and doesn't know the first rule about great management or customer services. She is not professional and has a horrible attitude problem when she is discussion your lease. She is a liar and only try to be fair when it's money involved so I would call her money hungry. She is turning Ashton Park into the ghetto and a unsafe environment. She lie about the property rules to get her way to make her manager think she is doing a great job which she is not. And so many tenants are moving out since she has became the property manager. She is not the right fit for the Ashton
