Moving out we put a notice to vacate, it was for the 5th. They call us on the 31st and tell us that they started the lease for the person moving in on the 1st. They basically cut our time short by 5 days without even telling us until the day of. Extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and unethical of them. I would not rent from these people again.

The apartments themselves are OK but the management is terrible.The property manager is never there and it seems impossible to reach her.This is UNACCEPTABLE for any management position.Along with that issue, My daughter never received her deposit back and she hasn’t been updated since move out on the status.

Remerton Mill is a small and safe complex that is conveniently close to VSU. Staff and management always provide the latest updates about the environment around us. Jenna, who is a staff member is very knowledgeable and from what I see is very hands on with her work. From sorting out mail to taking out trash I have seen her do so much. Jay is a staff member that is sure to greet a resident every time he see’s a them. He is very handy and even fixed my shower head the same day I requested! I am grateful knowing that I can live safe and comfortably in Remerton Mill with management I can depend

There has been new management put in place in the past year and any qualm that I️ have had has been taken care of. The apartments are beautiful and they are cleaned and repainted before every tenant. It has been a great first-apartment experience for me and I️ have recommended it to others as a great option to look into.

Beware!!! The apartments are nice, but the customer service is SEVERELY lacking...well actually, non-existent. They don't answer the phone consistently, not even the "emergency" number. Also, they lie. I reported a service issue almost two weeks ago and we were told that someone would be out that day. Didn't happen. Called a number of times (during regular office hours), and either no one answered or I got the run around. On around day 5, I was told by Morgan that the repair guy was on site and we would definitely get service that day. Didn't happen. 4 days later, I called and got Jessica, who

First let me know I have worked in housing for 12 years and student house specifically and I have never witness such a cheap execution of property t management.
Remerton Mill was great when it was managed by RISE, then ownership dropped RISE without sending any any addendum. They told the residents that ownership had changed but in fact Remerton Mill has been owned by the same ownership which is a very elderly man.
This property went down hill, and fast. As of August, we had not had pest control since March. Bugs were crawling in my kitchen, laundry room, and in my bedroom, and my poodles room

Early July my roommate & I went into the leasing office to inquire about renewing our lease. Morgan was extremely rude perusal & acted as if she was annoyed the entire time. After talking it over for a week or 2 we decided to look into other complexes & I must say 5 points have given us nothing less than exceptional customer service throughout our entire move in process!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible. Morgan whom is the leasing manager is rude to the residents. She is very lazy, inconsiderate and inappropriate. Since I pay over $1000 in rent I would expect better customer service. Due to me working during office hours I’ve been calling for weeks trying to obtain information regarding moving out. I have not been able to get through on ANY of the MANY numbers listed. Tonight I was locked out of my apartment for 2 hours only to get attitude from the office staff because the emergency numbers they have provided state that those

I’ve lived here for over a year and while the apartments are nice the management has been a disaster. I currently have 3 maintenance request and none of them have been filled or any calls returned. When I first moved in, my apartment was not even completed and they were at least helpful and paid for a hotel for me. Since then, it’s been downhill. They flood our apartment anytime they clean even after we’ve let them know multiple times. Overpriced for the size, service, and limited amenities.
