Save your money.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! They did a complete botched job on repairing my Louis Vuitton speedy handbag. I should've known something wasn't right when they requested payment for the repair upfront! My purse valued at over $900.00 now looks like a knock off. I gave them my bag for repair in February, I was told it would be ready in 6 to 8 weeks, and I didn't receive it until mid June! Hated the work, so instead of making a scene, I took my bag and contacted my bank.
When I called to inform the merchant, I was told to bring the bag in, they would undo the work, & issue my

Share my experience, first of all I tried calling first, goes straight to voicemail but you can't leave a msg because her voice mailbox has not been set up yet.drive down over there, they forgot to mention in their add that it's in a getto area. Then she quotes me 90$ no problem I said, it be ready in 3 weeks , what 3 weeks? And she wanted the entire 90$ up front. Then I said he'll no!

Let me start by saying that this shoe repair place has been in downtown Rialto ever since I can remember. I have used their services a few times when it was owned by an older gentleman and didn’t have any issues. I recently walked in to drop off my Ugg Boots for a routine cleaning, to my surprise the place looked like it had an upgrade. It definitely had a woman’s touch to it. I was greeted by a nice lady that explained what the shoe cleaning process entailed and what to expect after. She let me know that her sister recently took over ownership of the business. I had 2 pair of shoes repaired here (Straps extender added) in January. I didn't wear one pair until May and the first time I wore them they broke. I took them back to see if he would repair them and he denied doing the work. Flat out said it wasn't his work repeatedly. I advised him that I would not lie about something so trivial but he still refused to believe it was his work. I had to go into my Bank of America app and show him where I paid him for the repair in January. Only then did he acquiesce and take my shoes saying I could come back and pick them up the next day.

We have gone here on & off for years. Always had good service. I brought a pair of boots in with fur edging on the top. I explained that I loved the boots & wanted the shaft made larger. This meant adding leather completely re- doing the zipper all the way to the fur lining. Not only was he very helpful ,but explained what he would do & that it would be a first for him, but he would do it. When I came back I had 2 boots totally re- customized exactly as I asked. This was no small task as there was leather, fur trim & quilted material and lacing. I've been wearing these periodically during the winter
