I've been seen by both Dr. Grusso & Dr. Berman in Lopatcong. Both are very professional and personable! All my questions & concerns are always addressed! The staff is great, also...always friendly! The bonus is that very rarely do I have a wait to see the doctors! Usually I'm in & out in about 30 minutes!!!

I was referred to them by my doctor, but when I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone was rude and short-tempered. She told me they didn't take my insurance and hung up in a huff. This is the 21st century, where customer service is king. If you hate your job, find another one—don't take it out on everyone else.
