I had an ingrown toenail that was painful and becoming infected. I was able to get in to see Dr. Kaplan the next day and he removed the ingrown nail right away. His staff are very kind, professional, and will try their best to get you the earliest appointment possible. Dr. Kaplan listened to my situation and removed the nail as soon as he could. He explained the procedure and even did so as he was removing the nail. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Kaplan and the procedures I had done by him! If you have any foot issues, Dr. Kaplan is the person to see!

My 15 year old son has been a patient of Dr. Kaplan's for six months now for two ingrown toenail procedures. His office staff is amazing; very kind, courteous, and they are very thorough with their follow-up care and instructions. Dr. Kaplan is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr Kaplan's practice is by far the best podiatrist I have ever been to. Ms Michele goes above and beyond to accommodate even the tightest of schedules. Dr Kaplan worked quickly and efficiently and made the visit as comfortable as could be. Great team, outstanding customer service, and super understanding staff. Brought my daughter here for an emergency appointment for an ingrown toe nail. They gave me the appointment the same and day and the doctor was amazing and treated the issue the same day. We had a wonderful experience. The doctor and staff were great with my 10 year old daughter and made her feel comfortable. This will now be our new podiatrist for our family. Strongly recommend! :)

The staff is very friendly and courteous. I did not have to sit in the waiting room forever waiting to be seen (like so many doctors offices). It is a local small business and it shows in the way they treated me with great kindness and compassion. My daughter and I were able to be seen together. I would HIGHLY recommend this podiatrist for adults or children.

I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan for a few years for various reasons. Whenever I have a foot problem I call them up and I am able to get an appointment very quickly. Recently I had an ingrown toe nail that was really painful. I was able to see Dr. Kaplan that week and he immediately took care of the problem. One week later my toe is healing on schedule. I appreciate the promptness and care of Dr. Kaplan and his friendly staff.

Dr. Kaplan and his staff are welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. My daughter was treated two years with fabulous success so there was no hesitation to call last month for another site that required attention. Although it’s painful and there are tears, Dr. Kaplan manages to work efficiently to complete the procedure flawlessly. From children to adults Dr. Kaplan has my trust and confidence.
