I paid $200 for these lashes I asked for the longest length which is 18 MM And mega she gave me 15's and a little bit of 17 as soon as she was done I complained that the were too short and told her I didn't like them and she said that my lashes were too small... obviously I know I have short lashes that's why I came to get extensions. She still charge me mega volume even though this doesn't look like mega volume or length . 200 for some lashes I hate ! Crazyyyyy she added like 2 18 mm lashes on each side but it didn't really give me the look I went in for. I looked through

Since it's appointments only there was no wait time- staff was even so nice as to meet me outside the building when I had a little trouble finding their suite. The person who worked on my lashes was clean, gentle and efficient. I fell asleep and woke up to beautiful lashes. I will definitely be back.

Sooo sad this place increased there prices so much !! I used to go here regularly about 3 months ago... then I took a break from lash extensions and then today I called R lashes to see how much it would be for a new 2D full set, the girl on the phone said 168$ for hybrid bc they don't have 2D anymore which 2D only costed 108$, so 168$ is extremely pricey !! So sad bc this place was really really good ! But there's too many people doing good lashes these days for way cheaper !

I love R-lashes! The prices are a bit expensive but i keep coming back because it's worth it. everyone is very nice and they will always listen on what you want to do, and will even tell you no if it's not healthy for your lashes. i am satisfied every time and if their is something wrong they will fix it with a smile. i tried color with my lashes (for an extra $20) and i love it so much! i've gotten so many compliments on it. The lashes used look very natural as well and don't feel hard either.

If you want lashes for a reasonable price avoid this place. I like natural lashes and prefer a simple look but everytime I try to book an appointment the price increases by $10 and Ramona tries to confuse you so you end up paying more then the original price agreed on. She tried to tell me that I need a new set with out even knowing it had been 2 weeks she tries to tell me it's been over 4 since my last appointment very sceptical about this place. I will not be returning here.

Don’t come here this place is a scam and very unprofessional. My daughter went in for a fill and they try to scam her by telling her that she’s never been there that she needed to do a full set again and pay full price they refuse to do a fill on her they said they had no information on her as well. I’m in disbelief that they would be so unprofessional when they send text messages confirming your appointment and they still had the nerve to say maybe that was not their number. Maybe this place acted unprofessional because she’s a teenager and thought they can pull her into painful price

Absolutely love getting my lashes done here!! The place is super cute (love the sakura tree). The cosmetologist are great! Having three kids sometimes it's a little hard to remember my appointments, lol so I love the little reminder texts that I get. They never push me to do the high price, they are sweetheart!!!

The result: 5/5. Ramona was so nice and tried her best to accommodate my needs. She showed me different kind of the texture and explained everything in details. And the result is exactly as what I expected. There was no any pain or discomfort during the session.
Customer service: 5/5. Ramona actually did my lash at first however it's because my misunderstanding so the shape of the lash curl is not what I want. But she helped me remove it and did the new shape again without any complaints. That's another 1hr work!! I felt so bad to double her work but

This place was amazing! It was the most friendly service I've ever had at a lash place. I felt very comfortable while I was getting my lashes done. And they lasted me a long time too! I would definitely go back!
It was a little tricky to find at first. You have to go upstairs and find them at the end of a hallway. I parked behind their building.
