The cabins adjoin approximately 800 acres of the Shawnee National Forest for your hiking enjoyment. We currently have 2 cabins available for rent year around. The cabins are located on 10 private, wooded acres. Besides the decor, both cabins are very similar and offer the same amenities. Both have hot tubs which operate year round and both have electric fireplaces operating seasonally.

We have come to the rustic hideaway cabins three times, and each time has been better than the last. The best get away ever. Our now 5 year old absolutely loves it is there. Close to the wine trail, but far enough away from things to feel like it's a true relaxing get away. We plan on booking a fourth trip there in the spring.

This was our second stay. We go back because of the location and it is private. It is always well stocked with what we need.
We noticed this time that the upstairs trash cans was not dumped so I questioned weather they cleaned the room. We didn't use it. But I did enjoy the quiet chair in the corner of the room for my quiet time.
This is our favorite place to go and we will be back.

Our cabin was beautiful and smelled so clean and fresh. It had everything we needed and had a very comfortable and relaxing ambience. It was wonderful. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking out into the woods and listening to the birds and other animals.

We had and amazing 3 night stay and could not be happier! We will return. The Cabin was very quaint and clean with a wonderful l atmosphere! The back deck with hot tub was a real treat. It is hard to keep a cabin in the woods so perfectly clean and pest free, but we had zero pests and the cabin was spic and span! Hubby and I had everythimg we needed for our romantic and relaxing retreat! We honestly can't imagine how it coyld have been better! I want to turn around and go back right now!!

My husband and I were thrilled when we pulled up to the cabin and saw a lit Christmas tree! The cabin was beautiful and so cozy (and spotless) and had everything we could want. The fire pit was amazing right outside and the hot tub was such a treat after each day of long hikes! What a gem. We WILL be back!!!!

Spacious, cozy, & clean; appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the big beach towels hanging by the hot tub (we've gotten into the habit of bringing our own towels to jacuzzi-cabin visits, so finding those cozy ones right there ready for us was a nice surprise!) Fun assortment of games & DVDs as well. The woodsy location made it feel private, but it's also within easy driving distance to town. We will definitely visit again, hopefully for a longer stay next time - thanks!
