Each year thousands of U.S. citizens and/or Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) file immigrant visa applications (Green Card application) to sponsor their family members and bring them to the United States as Permanent Resident. Note: Grandparents, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and cousins cannot sponsor a relative for immigration.

Gili was great with my immigration case, until she moved out of New York unannounced and had to pay more to take a new Lawyer she recommended. That second lawyer was the worst mistake of the whole process, as he made some critical mistakes that made my I-458 case take almost three years to finalize.

You can do better. I decided to go to her because it was earliest appointment I could get and I was in a rush to renew my green card. But it was a mistake and I lost a lots of time. Would have been better just search more. First consultation I went had to wait for her an hour. Than she was very nice and gave advice and promised to share some templates and help. Consultation fee is very high for time spend with her. and when I emailed her to about things she promised she did not reply for a month. After month I called to meet her to get templates she promised, this time she managed to bounce me

When applying for my marriage based Green Card I spoke with many attorney's. Gili though was the most knowledgeable and friendly. I've been working with Gili regarding my immigration status for a few years now. It first started with H1B, which I had a horrible experience with another attorney. The process was much easier with her that kinda shocked me because why I wasted so much time and money at the other place.
She later helped me with my EB3 case and was helpful every step of the way. The process has been long and exhausting, but Gili was always ready to answer any questions and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

When I just started looking for an immigration lawyer for my application I called a few law offices in NYC. Gibli was the only person could start my case right away, it was an urgent case for me. And I found her price was more reasonable compare to other lawyers I called.

I had a very difficult case of obtaining my permanent green card and was about to give up until I contacted Ms. Gibli.
