Very helpful staff, dr Chen is polite, communicative and knowledgeable. I've had many services here and found them all helpful. The fat transfer was unpleasant and my face stayed puffy for a bit after. So perhaps another procedure is more suited to my current needs. I'm sure I'll need their services again soon.

I saw Dr. William Chen years ago for melasma issues on my face back in 2000 when he had an office near SF Union Square. He prescribed me excellent products to improve and resolve the issues that were bothering me. It's been 14 years since and melasma returned because I had slacked off on taking precautions to protect my skin from overexposure to the sun. Went to a couple different doctors and tried clear+brilliant and spectra laser hoping for a quick fix. Both types of laser treatment I tried were ineffective and made me throw $ down the drain. I decided to see Dr. Chen again 4 weeks

I went in for a full tummy tuck and lipo. I am beyond pleased with the results and I'm only 6 days post op!!!! Dr Rassel has literally changed my life over night and I will be forever grateful!!! You gave me my sexy back! Lol. I will post pictures when I'm fully healed but I am just over the moon with the results so far and could not have asked for a more caring staff!
