I cannot praise enough the wonderful staff at BellaRose. My 83 year old mother was there in April 2021 for several weeks after being in ICU at the hospital for 2 weeks. She also was at BellaRose for a month in November/December 2021 after a fall and fractured pelvis. She was terminally ill with lung cancer. She did pass away in December 2021 while at BellaRose. The passionate care given by the doctor, the nurses, the CNAs, the rehab techs, all of the other staff meant the world to our family. Special thanks to Dianne in admissions, Dr. Diaz, nurses Robert and Luke who took care of her the majority

My mother sold her home in Wisconsin, and relocated to Tulsa, OK. She was living alone and decided to move into the independent living at Bellarose. She is very happy with her 1 bedroom apt and balcony. She loves activity director and what they offer to get residents involved. She has made friends, and feels this was a great choice in senior living. The facility is modern, with pool, and beautiful grounds. Love living here

BellaRose Rehab is severely understaffed in CNAs and hire LPNs that neglect their patients. They hire people who believe that a CNA is the only person who can bathe and change their patients leaving many unanswered and unattended. BellaRose staffs 10 totally dependent patients to 1 CNA even when fully staffed. Don’t work here if you believe in teamwork. Don’t bring your parents and loved ones here if they are falls risk because they are much more likely to fall because they are left unattended and unchecked.

I couldn't think of a better, more compassionate, beautiful nursing home for me mom's final two years. Treated her and me like family. Then, they found a way for me to be with her in her final two days ... treating me like loving aunts making sure to bring my 🍽plates of warm food and blankets and pillows and telling me I could stay "two hours" that turned into 48 hours. Then, her nurse game her a last bath, fixed her hair and made her beautiful

Renee, Renae, not sure the spelling or her title here, but she was so kind and patient in making sure I was able to have a visit with my grandmother without breaking any COVID protocols. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. And if you knew my grandmother, you would know Renee must have the highest level of patience to be as kind as she was. Thank you.

My mother in law was scheduled to go to Bellarose and were waiting for insurance authorization. On Friday were told by Diane that a short term bed was available. My wife and I went for a walk through on a Saturday and there were at least 12 empty beds. The hospital said that she would be going there so we made preparations. On Monday I called Diane to confirm. Diane said that my mother in law was not a good fit for their facility. I said what are you talking about? She said that she could not discuss it and was not apologetic or polite and did not care at all. I don't appreciate the way this was

This place was amazing for my mom, she needed therapy after a hip replacement and they provided wonderful therapy and the meals were great. The staff was very accommodating from the administrator, social worker, the business office and admissions they all introduced themselves within the first week and made us feel very welcomed. We loved the beautiful facility but mostly we loved the family atmosphere. We were very lucky to get in as they were almost at capacity when we were discharged from the hospital and they had a waiting list when we left. Thanks BellaRose for all you did for us and making
