These guys are wack. they fixed one thing but messed up another and won't take responsibility. they didn't do something correctly obviously because my speaker sounded like it was at the bottom of the ocean after they had fixed my screen issue. now i'm pissed y'all are lame af i would've given u guys another chance but nah. thanks for breaking my phone

I had a cracked screen and needed battery replacement. SD Phone Repair did an awesome job while I waited. A few days later I called Khalid concerned about the quality of the battery. I walked in with a working disable phone, came out with a nonworking phone. Called the guy before I came told him the issue with the phone he said come on down got there gave him the phone he plugs it into the charger, it started charging he then took it over to the computer and plugs it in there it starts to work, it was doing everything I couldn't do on my computer to unlock my phone, then he came with ways to unlock the phone, one way was to delete everything and start over, the other way was keep everything as long as we had the code, which he asked for, he would then be able to get into it

They closed at 8p and i called 20 min before for a screen repair that normally takes 45min to an hr and they gladly assisted me and stayed. they did amazing on the repair my bf was happy with the results

A part of my iPhone 10 screen was unresponsive ( not cracked). I originally went to the Best Buy Genius Bar and they gave me a quote of $200 or more to get it fixed. Instead, I tried to check out a local repair shop. The person working there was very helpful, and very respectful. He diagnosed my phone there on the spot. He showed me the damage you wouldn’t normally be able to notice. He gave me the price to change the sensor which was $170 (07/03/21). It took him less than 15 minutes and I’m back to typing again- like typing this review

Very friendly, professional and fast with a reasonable price. My iPhone is working and looking like a new one. I went to couple of other places SD was the best .

Phone screen was cracked and this was the first place I called. After searching around for other quotes to get the replacement, I found that K had quoted me a very fair price. Upon bringing my phone in it only took about 10 minutes for the full screen replacement and now it is good as new. They used a factory new OLED screen when other places only had the LCD version.

Would highly recommend this shop and know where I will go if I need anything repaired again.

Came in Christmas eve with a faulty charging phone, phone broke just before my roadtrip. I was hoping it wouldn't take long for it to get fixed. Great guy at the shop assuremed in would take about 30 minutes to get fixed and have an estimate. Came back 20 minutes later and sure enough it was fixed, the initial estimate was the right price. Although they were very quick to fix my phone and were very kind, my phones sensitivity is crazy. Random things on my screen get pressed when I try to use it, it doesn't respond to my touch, I have to lock my
phone then unlock for my phone to work properly and it's all because of the screen. I cant use my FaceID anymore which sucks, trying to use my phone without interruption is almost impossible now. While viewing certain colors, I can see the backlights from my
phone which I couldn't before. I'm thankful they were open to help me, but I will probably just be getting a new

My brother recommended this phone repair store to me because of the excellent service he had previously had. My iPhone X was no longer turning on happened the night before thought it could have been a battery issue. I walked in the store the next morning and got a warm greeting from the store owner Khalid. He was courteous, helpful, and really knowledgeable. Upon walking in and explaining to him what happened to my phone he automatically knew it could be one or two different things he managed to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes and resolved the issue of a bad sensor for a very good price

The repairs mixed with the customer service of this store are unbeatable. I had an iPhone 7 Plus that was badly damaged and had it completely back to normal in 30 minutes. Would recommend to any friends or family

I got my phone screen fixed exactly two weeks ago and purchased a "screen protector" for my iPhone.

I am so disappointed, because I paid over $100, and I WISH I would have left my screen broken.
The home screen button-- everytime I push it to unlock my iPhone, sounds like a pen clicking & I didn't notice the noise, because this business is in a very LOUD mall and I couldn't hear it.
