Does a great job with keeping communication through out the court process . Definitely the person your looking for to help you get out of sticky situations like a felony . He was able to give me a second opportunity in life honestly so my record wouldn’t be ruined ! Once again he is going to help me with a traffic ticket honestly I would recommend him to any of my friends if they ever had any traffic violation and court with law offenses. I dealt with Tammy. She explained the process and delivered on her promises.
Got my (dubious) ticket - failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign (three way) in a subdivision - dismissed.
No fine, no court costs, no points, no record!
And the cost total was less than paying the ticket would have been!
Cannot recommend more highly.

They are amazing. My charges were dropped all together and I had a minor speeding ticket compared to potentially losing my license. I contacted Kevin L. Barnett in regards to my 17 year old son receiving a speeding ticket. Tammy returned by voice message promptly that same day. She was kind enough to inform me of the process and general costs for his citation. My son lives out of town, we were pleased to hear that Kevin would appear in court on his behalf. The fees were exactly what Tammy stated except for the court cost. Kevin was able to get them reduced. He and his staff made the experience as pleasurable as possible. I highly recommend there services.

Mr Barnett took care of my ticket like a Pro. I was caught going 15 over the limit, he had it reduced to improper equipment. I had got busted for expired registration and he had it thrown out. I’m a DOV driver so I definitely had to get that 15 over ticket off of me or I would of lost my job.... but Mr Barnett saved me. Trust me he is the best in the city no doubt about it.Tammy is also awesome she kept me updated through the whole process and is very easy to talk to.

Kevin Barnett is fast, reliable, and has superb knowledge on criminal defense. Without Kevin's expertise, I dont think that I would have gotten off so easily, however again, he used his magic and got both of my cases got dismissed! It was a serious time for me as well because It was a vop with another case ongoing. I would of got into some serious trouble if it wasn't for him! I hired Mr. Barnett in August of 2013 to handle my speeding ticket. For those who are wondering, I was charged with going 60 in a 45. 0-60 mph from a standing stop in less than one-tenth of a mile...in my Ford Flex. Riiiight!
