What is ART? Active Release Therapy (ART) is actually a combination of examination and treatment. The ART provider uses his or her hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements.
A great big THANK YOU to Dr Wagenblast and therapists Daniel and Staci. I initially saw Dr Wagenblast for knee pain during boot camp exercises. I was surprised and pleased to hear that nothing was wrong with my knees - IT band syndrome was the diagnosis. After just 2 sessions and intensive trigger point therapy, I was able to complete boot camp circuits quicker, stronger, and without pain!

I've been an athlete and a personal trainer for years, I've also had overhead mobility problems for as long as I can remember.. i was about to give up on finding a solution until I met Dr. Santina. After just one visit I could notice dramatic improvement in my mobility. Now I've been going for a couple months and I can FINNALY do a snatch, which is a goal that I've had for a long time. Dr. Santina Is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. Even the girls in the front (Taylor and Clark) are always as nice as can be, and super helpful. I would, and have been recommending this place

I had been suffering from multiple sports related injuries and tried every specialist!! After 9 months with no solution (MRI, PT, Rx, x-ray, shots, & immobilizers), I was beginning to lose hope! That is until.....Dr. Wag & Paul did a mini session at Camp Gladiator to show us how to properly treat specific injuries. Seriously, by the end of the session, I was in less pain then I had been in over the past 9-months!!! I immediately scheduled and almost back to 100% after a few weeks!! Wonderful place and HIGHLY recommend!!!
