We are a team of healthcare practitioners, naturopathic doctors, and nurse practitioners that believe in providing patients with the most up-to-date healthcare. Meet with our Naturopathic Doctor or Nurse practitioner for a full hour initial consultation where our approach to good health begins with creating a pleasant environment and service built on the patient experience.
We believe in treating from the inside out. We help our patients look and feel great. But, for those patients who want help to achieve the look they want, we offer Botox and micro needling treatments. Several creams for age spots, collagen and retinoids are also used at our office. We prescribe hormone face creams to improve elasticity and prevent wrinkles as well.
At Prime wellness, we do advanced cholesterol and heart health testing. We can prescribe medication as needed or we can provide patients with herbs, supplement and nutritional protocols to avoid having to take medication when safe to do so. Dr. Austin is a member of the National Lipid Association and is knowledgeable about heart and cholesterol medication and monitoring.
BHRT (Bioidentical hormone therapy) are natural hormones that match a person's own hormones so that the body doesn't know the difference between the hormones that are made by your body or the hormones we are using in a cream or patch. BHRT helps both men and women. Men use testosterone and DHEA and women use estrogen and progesterone.

I am a very grateful for Dr Austin and Michelle and appreciate all they have done for me over the past 5 years. I am a completely different person . My first visit was very good! Dr. Austin found many discrepancies on the labs I had my doctor fax her. I was extremely disappointed that my doctor had written "I'm happy to inform you that your labs are normal" and yet I had a least 3 items that should've been addressed. I haven't felt normal in a very long time, but this is the answer I always get from conventional medicine!!

Prime wellness has saved my life of pain. Getting the vitamins shots have given me back my quality of life. I have a bone spur in my neck and was going to be on a life time of pain meds or surgery. I opted for Prime Wellness. B12 for nerve pain and B6 for inflammation together calmed the bone spur down. I continue to get B12 for vitamins and B6 if needed for other issue. Dr. Austin was unaware of an interaction between a blood pressure medicine and Berberis Formula, a cholesterol supplement she prescribed to me at a high dosage. My normal to low range blood pressure plummeted and I went into shock. Thank God I was at urgent care due to feeling weak and dizzy so doctors were able to bring my heart rate back up!

I had 2 appointments/sessions via Skype: one with the nurse( the charge is the same) 2nd one with Kelly Austin to consult on my thyroid problems. Her staff was friendly only when I booked the session, afterwards they became pushy selling her appointments and their supplements,
which were btw: 1. close to expiration date
2. more than I needed (example: instead of 30 tablets I received a bottle with 90 tablets, and etc. bc it's more expensive and they make more money selling more).

I met Dr. Austin about 9 years ago. Not only have I personally benefited from Dr. Austin's service for some food sensitivities, she also helped my wife with some hormonal issues before our first child. Now we have a healthy and energetic 4 year old and Mom is still healthy. In addition, as a chiropractor, I refer patients to Dr. Austin all time time...especially tricky hormonal issues. After meeting with Dr. Austin and following her recommended protocol very closely, I gained 25 pounds and she had no answers for that result and no ideas on how to get me back down to my original weight. Basically, what she recommended didn't work for my body and she wasn't going to take the time to find out the reason to help me any longer. I wasn't the typical case. I personally can't recommend her or her protocol for helping women who have hormone issues because it hurt me way more than it helped me.

I had first encountered Prime Wellness services at Sprouts Market. They administer B vitamin shots there. I was impressed with the efficiency and ease of getting this done. I decided to schedule an appointment to see one of the naturopaths. The first visit was expensive up front and when I saw the ND, she didn't educate me or communicate with me what she felt might be the problem. She gave me an enzyme test kit (for another $100) and sent me on my way. I felt the visit was very unprofessional and I didn't feel good trusting them with my health so I didn't return.

After calling Prime Wellness, I was given an appointment immediately. I went to this place early September and asked for blood work. I asked for help as I felt very sick and had chronic pain, depression, anxiety, sleeplessness. They withdrew blood and charged me for vitamin shots.
