I called in the morning for an emergency appointment and they got me in within a few hours. I was in the waiting area for less than 15 minutes before being taken in for an x-ray and exam. The doctor was very professional and explained everything clearly and treated my issue. Thank you for your help.

Dr. Melissa is just amazing. I walked into the office thinking for sure I would need surgery due to the extreme pain I was having in the my achilles tendons and heels. She knew right away I needed a heel lift in my shoes (which she provided ), and after taking x-rays prescribed a brief regimen of medication. She also listened and took her time with me. She and her assistant Meg are very kind and personable. I never felt rushed in any way which means a lot. Within a day I felt amazing, unbelievable relief, and I am now back normal. And with the at home exercises she provided, I hope to stay that

My experience with advanced foot and ankle wellness center has been one of the best doctor visits I’ve had in a really long time. Dr. Melissa Wawryznek is really knowledgeable with her practice and has the patience with seeing that I’m well taken care of. The office setting is really comfortable and the receptionist Heidi is welcoming and very professional when it comes to making appointments and phone etiquette. I've seen a few specialists in the area, but Dr. Melissa was by far the most knowledgeable Doctor I've had the pleasure of seeing. I've been having toe issues for a couple years now and have never been able to find the root of the issue. Dr. Melissa and her team were kind, professional, and provided exceptional service. Best of all, the examination provided answers to my underlying toe issues. Would recommend to anyone have foot or ankle issues in the Greater KOP area.

Dr. Melissa is wonderful and I would highly recommend her. I was hesitant going to see a doctor during Covid but was struggling with foot pain for months and was starting to effect my daily life. Dr. Melissa and her office followed strict guidelines and I felt at ease. She was able to diagnose my issue by noticing my callus pattern. I didn’t think I was going to learn anything but she was extremely knowledgeable. A few days after my visit my feel started to improve. I was beyond impressed with her professionalism and kindness. Plus I can walk comfortably again! 10/10

Dr. Melissa has helped our son tremendously with chronic foot, ankle pain and muscle tightness. She takes her time, listens and has problem solved his symptoms with empathy. We have had him to other podiatrists in the area who quickly recommended orthotics and sent us on our way.
It’s been 2 months since we started with Dr. Melissa and we see a huge difference in his ability to run faster and be more agile with his legs, feet and ankles. What’s most important is he is pain free.
