Dr. Berean is amazing. However his secretary staff in front of house representatives are absolutely horrible. They were extremely rude to my daughters mother, and have since intercepted every message I have tried to relay to speak to the doctor about it. As in not giving him the message so I have not heard from him yet I would not recommend this place simply based on the staff they’re terrible rude and shouldn’t have jobs in customer service.

I've consistently had a great experience at New Britain Podiatry. In my first appointment, Dr. Burian took the time to explain the issue I was having and how to think of it. He's continued to keep me updated throughout treatment, so I feel informed.
Everyone in the office is consistently very nice and efficient. I couldn't be happier.

The office staff was friendly, kind caring and professional and the doctor was amazing! I was so nervous and my toe hurt so bad but he put me at ease and I didn’t feel one bit of pain! In fact the pain in my toe is now gone! He is compassionate as well as knowledgeable in what he does! Kudos to this office! They have made a patient as well as a friend for life! I will recommend everyone I know to them!
