Worst experience with office staff ever:
1. They cancelled an appt. I had already confirmed.
2. They rescheduled said appt. for the same date/time and sent a text message confirming such after I called them to find out why they cancelled.
3. On day/time of appt. they had me sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes waiting to be seen and when I asked why the delay was so long, ONLY THEN did they tell me that they had TEXTED ME THE WRONG TIME and that I was not scheduled to be seen for another 40 minutes.
4. Apologize? Oh no! No apology. No explanation. Just had the nerve to ask me if I wanted

A few months back, I had a huge issue with the front office. After talking about the issues, they have stepped up and fixed any and all problems. They go above and beyond and make sure that my family is taken care of. They let me know well in advance if there is a cancellation or a reschedule. I am thankful for them and everything they do. Mr. Eddie is still the most amazing therapist on the coast! I can’t thank this staff enough for giving me a call to work out the kinks we had.

First experience trying out therapy and this office almost makes me not want to seek further treatment. I started out with couples therapy and after two visits that lasted not even 30 minutes, we were recommended to get separate appointments. So when I had the following telehealth appt Ms Rivers was 15 minutes late THEN was constantly interrupting me when I was trying to tell her about a situation I went through. When I finally pushed back I was told that shes going to discontinue services and recommend another therapist (which she has yet to do). It seemed like she wasn’t being very objective

Canceled appointments back to back day of and day before. As a patient I was recently diagnosed w PTSD by my Dr. I was referred here by him as well for treatment. To me if the place was worried about us as patients they would be more concerned about meeting our appt times even if they’re after five o’clock. You have the slot open and made the appointment twice, and canceled twice. Maybe you should close the late slots. Us who work for a living and still try to take care of ourselves will find a new way to get help that you don’t seem interested in providing.

I attended a one day retreat hosted by Shelia and had an amazing time! I left feeling inspired to do better and be better. I and the other attendees were given a structured way of thinking about ourselves and our respective lives. By the end if it all, I felt as if I had finally broken through the fog that had been clouding the pathway between me and my journey to freedom and success.
I'm finally moving forward and am excited to see what's to come!
