Just got off the phone with the owner of this company. Brenda fired me and my husband as patients because we called out and didn’t show up due to a family member dying in our family. The owner of this company is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. NO ONE GO HERE. They’re rude and don’t want to help you! They don’t care about there patients. There are better places to go! Will be seeking legal advice as well.

I in no ways can thank George for all he did for me in our short period. I wish I could have stayed with him but I moved cross country so obviously I couldn't. I was with a doctor for 8-10 years I wanna say and I never felt heard, I was rushed, and he talked more about himself and his weekend than I did. Not even in the casual way. He would talk as if we were out getting coffee or at a place watching the game. It was infuriating especially when our appointments were every 6 months at best. George and Brandon (Front desk) instantly answered all my questions calmly and so kindly before I was even

I would like to take a moment and share my review, i have been going to GCP for a long time and the staff is amazing. They always help me get to the core of my issues and don’t just waste my time for an hour and leave me asking questions. I always feel my life moving in a positive direction when i am engaged in treatment at this place! And the staff is excellent. Brad is so kind and sweet at the window and Ms. Jean always finds a way to educate on external resources to help with issues that go beyond therapy. She has a treasure trove of knowledge and resources to help with the non therapy difficult

This place has helped me so much. I struggled with addiction for years. They have a program here via Dr. Willbrandt and a counselor. I've seen them for 2 years, with some bumps in the road, but they were always willing to work with me and even accepted me back in the program when I relapsed for a few months. If you work your program with your counselor and are willing to be open and honest, then you will receive the treatment you need. They helped me turn my life around for my family. I am truly thankful and blessed.

These people are very rude and unprofessional. The man at the front desk "Brad" well his Mother runs the place and she is very rude and she spoke personal confidential information about me out in the lobby in front of all of her patients. She yells alot and has such a short temper for her to be running a place of business whereas to help people. They set appointments and do not show up on time, they're always coming in late from their lunch breaks and she has a very smart mouth. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place for help it is family owned business and business is not conducted very

I went to Gulfcoast psychotherapy for almost two years for opioid dependency . Dr Barry willbrandt is a very nice dr . I really can’t say the same for the staff . The coucelor I went to, mrs vangie was very sweet. The way this clinic works if you have to see an counselor in order to see the dr and receive your medication for opioid dependency . I do believe that is a great way for addict to adapt back to normal living styles . The owner of the clinic , mrs gene , is not a very great person . Both her and her son brad help operate the clinic . I feel as if gene allows personal feelings and her
