Unlike any body shop I've been too, they were very professional about keeping me up to date on progress through regular emails. They gave me a date to get my car in to them, which was a few weeks off, but I had my car back in a week. The quality of the work was excellent. I would use them again

After an accident my vehicle was repaired within the time frame given to me by the office. The car came back looking exactly as it did before, and even cleaner than it was before. Rides the same as well. Overall a great job! I would definitely go back in the future.

I had to share my experience since it shows complete unprofessionalism of this business and the owner. We used them as recommended body shop from Allstate insurance. We had to wait 1 month for the date to bring in our car to fix after small crash (front only). After 2 weeks when they called us that the car is ready to pick we asked if the car is done no issues no flooding (after Ida), etc. They confirmed the car is ok to be picked up. So next morning we picking up the car...received keys paid deductible and .....we just walked around the car to see if everything is ok and we noticed at least 25

Amazing Staff and workmanship. I have a glitter type white finish. My concern was color match. J&E perfectly painted the car. The car looks immaculate. It was so clean when given to my wife she said, did you see how clean our car could be? Funny but true. I dabble in car detailing but I was put to shame. I highly recommend this shop!

My truck was fixed by J&E auto body after being damaged in a minor accident. J&E did a fantastic job! The paint match was perfect. The truck was ready on time and there were no last minute surprises. Took my car here because I saw the good reviews, I've never met a worse and unprofessional business in my entire life. Told me my car would be ready one day, wasn't ready until 2 weeks later, and nobody called to tell me, I kept calling to see if it was ready and they kept making one excuse after another. Finally get my car back and they broke my back handle, scratched my windows, Ruined my front lip, my sensor was broken, and lost my toe hook cap and ruined my rim and my door doesn't open right (they claim they didn't touch the door but how do you paint the door without touching

J&E did a wonderful job making my Camaro look showroom new after being hit by a pickup. Their customer service is the best! They really cared about me and made sure nothing was overlooked. They looked thoroughly at the car to make sure there wasn’t some further damage from the accident that might be missed. They worked with my insurance, leaving me free if worry. The rental car agency met me there so I had no “downtime”without a car. The paint matched perfectly and I challenge anyone to find where the damage was. Without any reservation, I recommend J&E. These folks are as dependable as they come. I've used them twice already. Wish I didn't have to because it was the results of accidents (that I was in, not that I caused :). Working through insurance was a breeze and they were able to find the parts for my older cars. You can drop off after-hours by using their dropbox. The car came back to me looking brand new and they even do extra exterior and interior detailing. Hopefully I don't need to be back, but relieved to know they're around.

I have been using these guys since the 2000's after using many other good body shops. This company is part of njm certified repair shops. They have consistently done excellent work fairly priced quickly. I got a small fender bender during the Covid pandemic. They made the repair painless. They came to me to do the estimate to pick up for repair and returned it to me. I'm medically compromised and didn't want to be exposed they respectfully handled this seamlessly. Besides having very nice grass .. the work these guys do is absolutely amazing. Went in last year to get a paint job on my hood ... older jeep ... came out perfect! Color matched perfectly, and honestly restored and revitalized my Jeep.
Additionally took two other cars (my wife's) for small fender benders as well and I'm still impressed with the work they do.

I have a 2011 Land Rover LR4. I was driving on the pkwy and the windshield molding popped off nearly scaring me to death. I tried ordering rivers to pop it back in place, didn't work. Then I tired to gorilla glue it (I know, terrible). I just didn't have the time to bring it anywhere. I had my husband bring it down the street from our house and they were able to pop it back in and use a very strong adhesive to fix it. When my husband went to pay they didn't charge us. I remember my parents always using them for all body work growing up and now I know why. They are very nice, helpful

J & E was one of the preferred choices of my insurance company and they did a great job. They went beyond just fixing the car and were very pleasant to work with. At the end there was an issue with a warning light and they paid for a car rental for 5 days while they fixed the issue. A day after the car was done I noticed condensation in the new head light. They ordered a new part and fixed it no questions asked. Took less than a week and were very accommodating to my schedule. The bodywork was extremely well done and paint color matches perfectly. I hope I don't need their services

I needed front end work due to an accident where someone pulled out in front of me. I did research and found that not only is J&E Autobody close to home but also their reviews definitely put faith into my decision to bring my car here. I am extremely glad that I did because the repairs and the paint job were phenomenal. It looks like I have a brand new car again! The turn around time also was convenient..Dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. Doesn't get any better than that.

J&E Auto Body's slogan is we meet by accident. Yes, we met by accident but I was treated right. They have Saturday hours - a big plus. They worked with me for drop off on a Sunday and a late night pick up during the week. They completed the work ahead of schedule. Any issues they had with insurance company estimate, they worked out directly with the insurance company and did not involve me. The work is excellent. They even detailed the car inside and out before returning. Would HIGHLY recommend them. Would go back if I have another accident that needs body work repair.....
