Lower commissions, more demand, better market psychology all factor into more money in your pocket at closing. I loved working with the Newcombs. Professional, yet caring people. Walked me thru the selling process and sold my house for more money than other realtors told me to start at. Very good experience!
I retained Yankee Realty to sell 2 homes in Delmar, NY. The most recent, in the fall of 2015 went under contract within 3 weeks and closed before Thanksgiving. 2 other neighboring homes that were on the market before mine are still on the market today.
