Mr. Stephen T. Ariagno received his first taste of criminal litigation as a prosecuting attorney with the City of Wichita following his graduation from the University Of Kansas School Of Law in 1990. Since completing his tenure as a prosecutor, he has devoted his career to defending the accused.

After leaving the prosecutor's office, Mr. Ariagno entered private practice and completed advanced training at the prestigious National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia.Mr. Ariagno's successes include cases involving homicide, rape, battery, drive-by shootings, narcotics and DUI. In addition to his skilled advocacy of his clients in the Municipal, State and Federal Courts, Mr. Ariagno isa respected member of the legal community.

Ian M. Clark obtained his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2012. Upon graduation Ian immediately went into private practice. He quickly developed the respect of his peers, with frequent courtroom victories and demonstrable passion and preparedness in litigating for the accused.

Mr. Philip R. White forges a defense for each case with his motto as the foundation: Facts, Faith, Freedom. First, determine the "Facts." He is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations as well as the Kansas and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
