Please be advised that we cannot ship any merchandise to PO Box addresses. Items shipped via truck freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only. Most carries will contact you to set up a delivery time, usually a 2-4 hour appointment window during business hours. As such, it is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate contact phone number for the delivery address.

At our contractor's recommendation during our remodel, we purchased our overhead living room fixtures here, and I was very happy with the service, selection, price and quality--so when it was time to go find some floor lamps I went back. We had decided we were done with buying floppy $15 IKEA lamps, but I wasn't ready to go hog wild and break the bank. Berkeley Lighting had a range of prices for floor lamps, and although my target was at the bottom of that range, there were lots of nice options there. I took two old lamps in for repair after speaking to Mike on the phone. When I arrived at the store one of the employees helped me bring the lamps
inside and the problems were quickly diagnosed. That same day the lamps were repaired and I picked them up. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The charges for the repairs were very reasonable. I highly recommend this local business.

I own California Ski Company on Gilman Street. I worked with Berkeley Lighting to help with a full remodel my retail store. Robert came on site, and made recommendations for overall lighting. I went into the store to view fixture options. An overall lighting plan was put together with their help and it came out beautiful. The quality of light is great and the fixtures are perfect!
The pricing was solid (I checked). The service was exceptional. Robert, Sean and the rest of the crew were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Customer service: Flawless! Selection: Amazing! I really like the unique selection of lighting fixtures they have to offer. We just remodeled our master bathroom and wanted something that looked more like art hanging from the ceiling. They didn't disappoint w/ the recommended selection. I've been shopping here for a while and would highly suggest stopping in and giving it a look!

After my latest experience here I felt compelled to write a review. I've never been so blown away by customer service and salesperson knowledge. There's some smart people who really know their stuff and they are happy to share that knowledge.

Beautiful selection of mid-to-high end lighting, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good LED options too. They have a nice mix of floor, wall, ceiling, decorative, and outdoor lighting. It makes me wish I had a bigger house! They really pack a lot of selection into a relatively small store. Berkeley Lighting is so much more pleasant than Home Despot. I mean Depot. It's a standard stop whenever we need new home lighting.

Excellent customer service! I went there to buy some recessed cans today and didn't realize there was a parking lot on the side of the buiding that I could use. My order came in a big box and though I could probably carry it since it wasn't super heavy, a staff member that was helping me (I believe his name is Andrei) offered to help me carry it to my car without me even asking. Not sure if he noticed my pregnant belly or that is just how nice all the staff here are... Either way, I was very happy he offered!
