Dr. David Friedman is a board-certified psychiatrist whose practice is located in Culver City and Rancho Cucamonga. He undertook his psychiatric residency training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles between 1975 and 1978. He opened his private practice immediately thereafter, specializing in general psychiatry, and additionally studied psychoanalysis, receiving a PhD in psychoanalysis in 1988.
Since the mid-1980s Dr. Friedman has served in the State of California workers compensation system as Primary and secondary Treating Physician. Dr. Friedman has performed numerous evaluations as Agreed Medical Examiner, Independent Medical Examiner, and he also serves as panel physician for the Los Angeles County Employee Retirement Association.
