Pool Chlor has done a super job for us. Their techs are friendly and do a nice job getting the pool clean. When we needed extra cleaning help before a party, they made a special trip back to the house to give us an extra cleaning. They are also quick to let us know if something needs to be fixed and always offer to take care of it for us.

They have had my pool looking great for over 4 years now and are one of the few companies I found that offers chemical care without cleaning. However, they have spilled chemical on and stained my driveway numerous times now. I have called them to stop parking in my driveway and they continue to do it. They did it again today. Despite staining my driveway and having to come pressure wash it several times, they have not even offered anything like a discount or free month for the inconvenience. I stay with them because my pool has always been crystal clear.

Jeremy and his staff provide excellent service and are just really nice, honest people (which is rare this day and age). My experience over the years has been nothing but positive. Having a successful pool service business for over 30 years is a real indication of how they operate. I highly recommend them!

We were happy with Pool Chlor for many years until recently we caught our pool guy leaving a slip in the pool saying he had added chemicals when we saw on camera he did nothing. Because of our long time being satisfied with their service, both my husband and I contacted to tell the company what happened. Obviously they did not take us seriously because although they did send someone out in between to test our chemicals, on the following service day, the same guy showed up again and again did nothing! Considering how many people have cameras as we do today...not the smartest thing to do! We

I've been using Pool Chlor for about a year now, it was great in the beginning, but now I have a green Pool and I cannot get them to clean it up. I called and reported the problem and it was not addressed when he came out. I've been waiting for a supervisor to call and have not heard from anyone. I'm looking for a new Pool company. Good Customer Service is a rarity!

Pool Chlor has been providing weekly chem treatment for my pool for over 2 years. The pool has been kept in great condition. Water is always perfect for swimming. The cost of weekly chemicals is very reasonable and I don't need to keep all those chemicals on hand (or figure out the right balance). They also provide tune ups, filter cleaning, and repairs all at reasonable prices. Perry is excellent and my go to for all issues. I've recommended to friends that have been happy with them.

Don't use them they are too busy ! We started using them this summer . Everything was great . Cleaned filter , had weekly cleaning and chemical service . All good . Had to suspend service to have pool remodeled for 3 weeks . Called today to have them resume my weekly service on Mondays 8/15/2016 and they said they were too busy. Wow ! No manager called to apologize . Just the receptionist leaving a voice mail saying maybe in the next 4 weeks . No problem . There are a lot of other people that understand good service means more money for the owner. I guess he doesn't need it now ! Oh wait I see

I do not provide recommendations easily. My brother was using Pool Chlor when I had my pool built. When he told me how much it cost, there was no question in my mind that I would be trying them out. Our pool and spa was built in 2004 and Pool Chlor with the exception of the company who built the pool are the only ones who have ever worked on the chemicals. To this date we have never had algae anywhere in the pool. The water is always crystal clear. Several years ago again because of my brother I started using them to clean the pool twice a month. I have also used them to install equipment I purchased
