These guys are amazing! Called at midnight due to airline fiasco and needed pick up in Savannah and ride to Charleston airport 2 hours away. Mr. Hunter was on time and extremely professional. I was impressed that they answered on by the third ring at midnight. Highest recommendation! Thank you for getting me home today!

Welp, it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. We called the day before to schedule a 4am pick up to take us to the airport. Paid for the transfer and they even wanted the 20% tip right away too. But guess what... the other reviews were right. THEY ARE AWFUL. No one showed up. I called & texted and NO response back from them. I then called them back 7 hours later to know that we waited for them all he said was "sorry they couldn't make it". Seriously, save yourself the stress. Don't Book with them.

I scheduled them for a 6:15 AM pickup and they just never showed. Called 20 times. It looks like I’m not alone in the reviews here; drivers are scarce in Charleston so I ignored the bad reviews. If you’re in the same boat, at least make a backup plan, as there’s no trusting these guys

I was told $75 dollars over the phone and I can pay with my credit card. Cab shows up with someone else in the van. (No idea who the passenger was.) Then the driver tells me I need to get cash from the gas station across the street. I told him I don't have cash and am not using my credit card to get it. Then he magically finds a way to run my credit card AND it cost me $81. Extremely unprofessional. Will NOT use again.

Said he would call 30 min ahead of a pre-scheduled pick up. Didn't. Came 20 minutes late. After I got in and he shut the door behind me you see that the interior door handle has been removed. He told me the seat belts didn't work so I had to do 80 on the interstate with no seatbelt. When we arrived he rang my card up for about $10 more than the meter read, but when you can't open the door what are you going to do.
