We had a great experience with Nick Phillips as our real estate agent. He really listened to what we wanted in a house when searching and made noteworthy suggestions on properties that we might not have originally been considering. What a great experience with Nick and Cat. We were lucky enough to have multiple bidders. Nick did a great job of getting the offers upped and in the end we accepted a great offer. Cat kept the paperwork side of things running smoothly. Always quick and responsive. Their sub-contractors - photograph and Escrow also were quick and responsive. Nick was on top of every need that came up during our home selling process. He seemed to always be available any time we needed to talk to him or he would call us back promptly. We never worried about small details slipping through the cracks because we knew he was being conscientious about everything. He was always courteous, helpful, positive and professional. Nick also went above and beyond, by helping us schedule appointments and repairs for our house since we were out of state for much of the selling process and couldn't be there to take care of everything. I was charged with selling an out of state second home occupied with family members who were not happy with the decision. I was unable to fly across the country to initiate the sale as I have two aged parents who depend on me on a daily basis.
