Very unprofessional, misguiding. Not a good company nor reliable. They should only have clients in the state that their company resides in. Caroline should probably receive better training on how to talk to ppl. Don’t look pass the other reviews it’s not a lie. Company itself is trash!!!

Overall it was not a bad agency to work for persay. The only real issue I had was with the rate of pay I was receiving in comparison to my other co-workers. I learned that a few of my co-workers were receiving a rate of $13 per hour in comparison to my $11.75 per hour. The funny thing is that the client Right Pro was contracting through has a starting rate of $12 per hour for its own regular hired on employees. In speaking with my point of contact at Right Pro I was told that their pay rate was based on experience. Come on its an entry-level position in a dishroom that does not require a degree

Poor communication. I worked through them last year and got laid off due to covid & they barely helped me find another position with a different company. Didn’t keep in touch with me. I applied through a position with them again recently through indeed & someone called me, left a voicemail about the position. I called back twice with no answer & never heard from them again about a potential job. Very disappointing.
