Benefits of Far Infrared Sauna sessions can provide relief from symptoms in a relatively short amount of time. We recommend eating a healthy diet and drinking plenty of water while undergoing any detoxification therapy to ensure the best results and optimal state of health. The number of treatments and frequency needed are determined by your level of toxicity and desired results.
Appointments are booked in close proximity so there may not be enough time to receive full treatment if you are late for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged the full session fee. A late arrival of 15 minutes or more will be considered a missed appointment. Payment is expected at the time of service, unless it has been prepaid when online appointment is made.
What types of massage services are offered? I only conduct therapeutic massages. Your massage will be customized to your ailments. Where will my massage or bodywork session take place? Your massage or bodywork session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music may be played to help you relax.

I have been going to Deb since 2007 and she has transformed my health! From a person who suffers with back issues and frequently over does things, she has been able to fix everything!

I am a long term client of Debbie's and I can attest that she is one of the BEST therapeutic massage people I have ever hired. I felt the need to personally respond and dispute the bad review that was written below regarding unprofessional behavior and pricing. I have NEVER once witnessed a cell phone in the treatment room and her pricing is more than fair - actually it falls well below market rates, if you are on a monthly contract. I’ve been seeing Debi for massage for more than a decade. There’s a reason for that—she does exemplary work! She has strong hands that can massage all the kinks out, yet she’s gentle when she needs to be. She listens to your issues and has many suggestions for how to fix what is bothering you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her—in fact, she’s massaged many of my relatives and friends—including my elderly father.

I have been seeing Debbie for over 14 years and she not only keeps chronic back pain in check, she alerted me to a mass in my neck and shoulder that I hadn't even noticed which needed to be surgically removed and keeps my sanity! Her specialty is deep therapeutic massage to help improve overall health. None of that fluffy stuff, just pure body work to keep your body working at it's best. If there were 6 stars I'd give her another one. I have been with Debbie for 13 years. She is the reason I can continue doing my job without pain. I consider her a professional and yet a compassionate heath care person, always willing to listen to what is going wrong with your body, health, your kid, your husband and your cats:) The addition of the infrared sauna is an added benefit and really helped an annoying skin condition I struggled with for years. I have referred others and had positive feed back from them as well. Deep tissue is not for everyone, but it you are one who needs good deep tissue

I have been seeing Debbie on a regular basis for over 6 years now. I cannot say enough good things about her and her healing hands. She helps me with pain managment, shows me effective stretches to do at home and keeps me out of the orthopedist office. If you have chronic back pain the she is your gal.
