We offer a diverse array of real estate investment courses, coaching and mentoring for every level, from novices to experienced real estate investors. Each class is capped so that every student receives the individual attention they need to succeed. I have to edit my review of this club. This is not a place for someone to spend large sums of money to purchase real estate education. You can pay a fraction of the cost for your real estate and a mortgage license work with people that specialize in short sales. I used to be a hard core club member until I realized I was duped. I called some out a bunch of stuff and got the boot. I put a lot of time and money into this company to find out the majority of the senior teams make thier money from selling real education packages. Instead of killing it in real estate. Its all smoke and mirrors. Hold

This is a phenomenal Club for beginners as well as seasoned investors. The information shared is real and is applicable in today's market. When I decided to join New Wealth Advisors Club I did so because I not only saw value in the information, but more importantly I saw value in the people. Which in my experience speaks volumes about those who are running the organization. It's just the way it works. Good, caring people hang out with other good, caring people.
If you're interested in getting involved in Real Estate, I have no hesitation in saying that NWAC is a great place to start.

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to NWAC and to Dave and Melina for founding such an amazing club. NWAC is so unique in that it puts service to homeowners above anything else. I have never experienced a real estate organization such is this. Most real estate investors and real estate organizations are all about the money, with little concern for homeowners who may be losing their home. Not NWAC. Becoming a member of NWAC was the best thing I have done in a very long time. The club is soo much more than just about real estate. We help homeowners figure out the best solution for their family and in doing so we are able to leave them in a better place/situation than when we first met them.
If it were not for Dave and Melina Boswell, all of this would not be possible. I joined New Wealth Advisors Club in November 2016. I am an Australian who has been working in the film industry for the last 30 years and I was looking to educate myself in the real estate market of Southern California as a way to supplement my income for retirement.
I’d been to other introductory courses of a similar nature but not only were those courses absolutely prohibitive because of the costs involved, but I felt there was no support structure behind them and I wasn’t sure how my ‘next day’ was going to look once I had signed on the dotted line.

What this club means to me? There is no value I can put on it--it is priceless! I was not looking to get into real estate, just trying to help a fellow homeowner and friend, and found the club by accident. Six years later, I have not looked back.
