It's been difficult to find business that follow through with COVID being an issue. Liza's came through 100%! My daughters baby shower went off without a hitch despite the cold and wet weather that day. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and the price was great as well. I rented tables, chairs, linens and chafing dishes. Perfect day thanks to my entire family pitching in and Liza's party Rental!

Liza's is awesome. We rented a jumper from them a few years back and it worked out great. We recently rented tables and chairs for thanksgiving and the process was even easier than I remembered. I was able to reserve and pay online for what I needed. I got a call the day before confirming and the drop-off and pickup process was easy. I will definitely be doing business again with Liza's when we need any part rentals.

The first was for a birthday party on Sept 29th. Communicating seems to be an issue with this business as they do not in any way make a personal attempt to contact you and confirm anything. I had used their website to purchase the bounce house and received a generic confirmation email. As the date approached I had to reach out to them and I didn't care for that too much. Also, as far as I could tell, there was no way to purchase a rental generator for the bounce house on their site so I had to contact them to arrange

So great! Easy to contact them and request the rental items I needed. Their website has a description of most all of their items which made it easy for me to decide on what I needed before calling them to set things up. They called a day in advance for confirmation which was great!
I needed them to arrive a bit earlier than initially discussed because of the start time for the party and they were super accommodating!

I will tell you honestly - there is non better than Liza's.. I looked and looked for a table/chair rental company for weeks.. then I found Liza's.. in all the years ( and its like 30 years) of renting table, chairs, linen's.. Placed a rental order for a couple tables and chairs for a baby shower event. I confirmed my order with them over email, then followed up by calling to make sure they had my reservation due to not receiving any kind of invoice or formal confirmation and was told that my reservation was good and the supplies would be dropped off at my address on the day of the event by 12pm.
The guy on the phone also told me I could text him with any questions or changes. A week before the event I texted to find out when he wanted the deposit for the equipment and did not receive any reply. I tried a couple more
