Woke up at 7 this morning to an email sent at 2:20 a.m. canceling my caricature artist. The day of my 13 year olds birthday party! The excuse was “due to the pandemic” our tier hasn’t changed in 2 1/2 weeks. I booked this a week and a half ago. We are set up for social distancing and have other entertainment coming with no issues. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They won’t answer my calls or texts. They wouldn’t even return my calls last week when I had questions about a bounce house for a party next week so I ended up going somewhere else. They also advertise a henna

Can’t thank Rey enough for his generosity and service!! Called Bounce Around Jumpers on a Saturday about 5 mins before they open. He answered thankfully!! Some other place cancelled on me bc of the Nelson fire in ff/vacaville. But he was able to squeeze us in during the morning being first customers of the day. He made my and my daughters day! ☺️

Excellent service. Rey was awesome!
At the last minute, another company cancelled on me, a day before my party, I was so upset.
Luckily, I found Bounce Around Jumper Rentals, I called and Rey said "Yes. We can deliver". The jumper I wanted was sold out online, however, Rey made it happen.
He switched my request with another customer who didn't have a preference and...my daughter was able to have her pink castle. Rey also let us have an extra hour with the jumper!
I will be using this company for my next special event. Such professionals, kind,...jist awesome.

Dont rent from them I ordered two tables and 6 chairs. One of the tables was broken which I didn't realize until the next a.m when I went to use it and set-up my party table after I let the company know he said he knew the table was broken and that once you tweaked it a bit it should have worked fine. I also requested to have back some of my money which I paid $60 all together and was told I can only get back $7 and he had an attitude about it I never received anything but $2 from the company I will never order again and this just happened all over the Christmas weekend
