Scott Mann is a founding member of MannTuckerMuir. He handles all aspects of U.S. and International complex Family Law matters, including divorce, spousal and child support, child custody, especially with cases involving closely held business interests. Stephanie Tucker Muir is a founding member of MannTuckerMuir.
Scott understands that, unless you are his older sister just checking up on him, if you are reading this website that you are likely feeling afraid and possibly vulnerable from not having the answers or information you need to make good choices and decisions. You want and need the answers to your questions so you can avoid a bad outcome with your divorce or custody case.
Stephanie Tucker Muir is a founding member of MannTuckerMuir. Stephanie received her Juris Doctorate as well as her Bachelor's of Science at the University of Kansas. MannTuckerMuir's goal is to avoid trial because it is best for the parties involved. A large majority of Stephanie's clients never see the inside of a courtroom.
Victoria Gordon is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri. Victoria is dedicated to assisting clients in all aspects of family law. Victoria's main goal in all of her cases is to help families through any situation they may be facing, no matter how simple or complex. Victoria received her B.A. from Kansas State University and her law degree from Washburn University.
Kayte is a Kansas City native, growing up in Olathe, Kansas. She graduated from Olathe South High School in 2007 and received her Paralegal Certificate in 2013 from Johnson County Community College. She began her legal career as a Legal Assistant for a law firm in Olathe in 2010. Kayte joined Mann Tucker Muir, LLC in February of 2015 as a Paralegal.
