I've cracked the screen on my iPhone 5s and they replaced it pretty quickly. 2 days later my Galaxy tab s2 stopped charging and they were able to fix that as well. Its nice to know there's a place nearby I can call when I have a problem with my computer. They're always so helpful. My boyfriend brought his phone here about a month ago for a new screen. It was replaced, but the funds had to go to something else so we had to wait for his paycheck. He got it and has now been trying to pick his phone up for about a week. When we went to get it early last week the store was closed 3 hours before their stated closing time with no signage letting patrons know what's going on. They don't have a voice-mail and I assume no one answers if no one is there. This would be totally understandable if something came up. It's that time of year, but at least put up a sign or something. He's

Spent nearly 200 for a screen repair and got a phone with a new screen and no speaker mesh so now if I use max volume they crackle. After calling to make sure a tech was in and get confirmation that one was there I go just to be told the tech was gone and I had to come back the next day (this being my third trip back to the store over the past couple of days) I decided I have had enough road trips for the week and decided to just not bother anymore. The people were nice but not worth the time or gas money for me.

I could not be happier. The entire process took maybe 15 min to replace my screen. The price was a solid value. I went to the apple store first. The price was double and the service was demeaning. I told them what they can do with there apple.
At the Oswego phones R fixed. All the work was done in front of me. The conversation reminded me of an old fashion repair man that came to your home. You can tell he cared about his craft. And the customers who trusted him.

I went in with a cracked LG Wing screen. They ordered the new screen which arrived the following day. Drove over and watched as they repaired my phone. Very great service, nice people, and a great vibe. They really know what they are doing. Fixed my screen for less then what LG or Verizon quoted me. Will be going back again if I ever need other phone related repairs. Verizon and LG servicr(2-3 week waiting period for phone back from mail) plus more expensive repair < Phones R Fixed (2 day repair) and less expensive

I came to Phones R Fixed to get the screen replaced in my iPhone 11. I received my phone back, minutes after leaving the store I realized I got it back with the left side of my screen not working. I called the store and the guy was very professional and apologetic. He had me bring the phone back at my earliest convenience and he would fix it again for free. I brought it back the following Monday, and the guy replaced my screen within minutes. My phone now works perfectly, I highly suggest this business.
