Yana Albrecht received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA, where she was a member of the Transnational Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Albrecht specialized in the International and Immigration Law and continued her International and Comparative Law LLM studies at McGill University Law School in Montreal, Canada.

Really efficient and professional team. I reached out to them during Christmas season to get help on my O-1 visa because my other lawyer dropped the ball on me last minute and I was under a time crunch. They helped me put together my application in 5 days and get my visa in time.

It was totally a disappointing experience. We had the first meeting with Yana, trusted her and would like to work with her. But after that first meeting, we had never benefited from her expertise; only contacted with Patricia.

My experience with the team at Bay Immigration Law has been absolutely phenomenal. After not getting the lottery of H1 (which was a different law firm) , my only option was O1 visa and I worked with Patricia and Yana to make it happen. During the process they were very responsive and their guidance was critical in the success of my petition.
Later, we also decided to pursue EB-1A on the basis of O1 and we worked to make it happen too. Now I am a green card holder.

Bay Immigration Team was a real dissappointment for me and my team. They were lack of knowledge, and had less focus and care. You should follow everything as applicant. Lonely and confusing days with your petition. I can not comment on other types of visa however if you have an E2 petition, Bay Immigration is not the right choice.
