Richard helped my husband get his green card. We decided to hire him because he is so incredibly responsive and always answers all questions in a very straight forward way. We started the process in the Bay Area, but shorty after we moved to North Carolina and finished the process here. I usually don't give a 5 star review until it's truly exceptional. Richard is probably the best immigration attorney you can get. He is very straight forward, so it might put some people off but let me tell you that it's the best way to deal with the cases rather than sugar coating. He gets to the point and gets the job done. Anyone looking for an immigration lawyer, richard is the man!! our first lawyer was not the best to say the least (long nightmare story for our first gc application) and when it came time to submit an application to remove condition on gc, I asked around for recommendations and Richard was recommended to me by a trusted friend. It's no exaggeration to say that Richard changes lives. The first afternoon I realized I had visa issues I searched up several immigration lawyers and called them. I got my green card while Trump was in the office (hopefully by the time you are reading this, Trump is in prison).
Anyway, two people responsible for my GC: 1/ My wife, 2/ Richard. He knows the ins and out of the system and helps you navigate them. He also knows the immigration staff well and it doesn't hurt to have a guy they love on your side.
