I have rented and lived in multiple places in the past 20 years, including southern California/Philadelphia/Atlanta/Paris/upstate NY. Including each of these stops, I count my time at Stoneledge among the top two best experiences I've ever had, based solely on management. My fiancee and I will be unfortunately moving, only to be closer to work in Albany. I have told every friend that's asked that if Stoneledge was somehow in Albany, I honestly wouldn't be moving. They are simply the best. They have top notch management (best communication I have ever seen), very fair and open with any complaint

Overall, we love Stoneledge but there have been a few things that have rubbed us the wrong way since we’ve lived here. Our first year living here, one of the windows cracked (I’m assuming from cold?) We did not crack it but we were charged to fix it. Our ceiling fan stopped working out of the blue and we asked maintenance to come fix it. The fan was not in fact fixed (and still does not work) and we were charged for that. They charge you for every little thing no matter what.
The most recent thing that bothered me was an email sent asking us to buy bags to do our laundry because masks and

My husband and I loved this apartment complex. We lived there for a little over 4 years and only moved out to purchase our first home. The grounds are beautiful and so are the apartments. Who couldn’t love the granite countertops and crown molding throughout?! Whenever we submitted a maintenance request, it was handled promptly and efficiently. The office staff was always considerate and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. During the summers, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hanging out with our neighbors. It truly felt like a close knit community. During the

I am editing my original review and give this complex 4 stars. We lived here for two years and overall our experience was positive. Maintenance takes care of issues pretty quickly, and I found the area pretty quiet. If you have pets, you should be aware that if they do any damage the cost could be quite high and just be prepared for that – this is probably the case in most complexes, but it is still something that caught me off-guard. The "pet fee" you will pay is just that – a fee and doesn’t go toward any of those potential damages. As long as you are prepared for that or are extra conscientious
