Lakeside Pharmacy was established in 2010 and is owned and operated by Kim Prezioso, BSN, PharmD, who began her career as a Registered Nurse in the New Orleans area and then pursued her dream of becoming a Pharmacist. Kim wanted to further serve her community by providing the highest level of quality care and education to each individual on a personal level.

I’ve been doing business with Walgreens and complained about their horrible customer service and long wait times for years. I decided to try Lakeside unexpectedly twice this week and can’t say enough how WONDERFUL my experiences have been. They are quick and friendly and not to mention had a prescription ready within 5-10 min of it being called in!! Would recommend to anyone!!!

Just moved to the area & it was so easy to transfer over the whole family's prescriptions. Bonus points they offer ice cream cups while you wait so my little one was more than happy about that. You just can't beat a local pharmacy that take pride in their work & don't treat you like a number. They actually care about you!

Service used to be way better. When Kim is there everything goes great, she is very knowledgeable and extremely customer service driven. But when she is not there......let's just say service leaves a lot to desire. In the last months or year they have change some of the personal and is not the same anymore. There are some girls that have no business dealing with customers. If it keeps this way I will take my business somewhere else.

What happened to the courtesy and generosity that small town establishments have? If the world hit some type of emergency and ran low on medication and this was the only place to go within a 200 mile radius, I would take the alternative. This place has the most arrogant, pompous individuals working for them in their matching scrubs, fooling as many people as possible. You would think that if a medicine was mandatory for a surgery you were having the next day and the pharmacy wasn't able to get it, that they would contact you, right? Wrong! The Pharmacists and Techs here are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC....if there was a 100 star rating that's what I'd give them!!
We have been filling our families scripts here for a while now, and we're completely glad we ditched the "big retail chain pharmacies"!! We have never had any problems with them....everyone that works there ALWAYS has a contagious smile on their face, is very courteous, completely knowledgable, and your a name not a number to them(my favorite).
