On the day my tattoo was scheduled I was running late, so I was nearly late to my session, and was honestly a complete mess. They were SO professional, when I arrived we got down to business and at the end of two hour I had a new tattoo.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I wanted to get a tattoo in honor of my late mother, I spoke to Amber around 5:15pm.... asked if they did walk ins, she informed me that they did but that I couldn’t be seen until later in the evening.... said that a 10pm appointment was all that she could accommodate unless I wanted to give her a call at 8pm because there may be a 9pm appointment slot available but she wouldn’t know until then. I downloaded Pinterest and googled different types of designs I liked. Even had my wife draw up a rough sketch of what I would like done and

Super happy with my recent experience here. Got an impulse finger tattoo that was actually a cover up of an old tattoo i hated, was done by Amber, very cool woman with great talent! Came out so much better than I was expecting. Definitely stop by if you're in the area and want some ink or piercings, a very dope shop.

This was my first visit to Torture Ink. The staff was very friendly. The shop was very clean and organized. I met with Craig, he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He put at ease immediately. His recommendations on placement, size and colors of the tat were spot on. My tattoo is perfect. Overall, a great experience. Not only have I booked my next tat, I have recommended Craig to several others, whom are also happy with the results. Torture Ink is the best. Craig is the best of the best.

I stumbled upon this place in need of a cover up and had no idea I met the perfect guy for it. Craig took on a big job, and he absolutely saved me. So after waiting for two years after the horrible experience that was my first tattoo, when girls night ended up at a tattoo shop, I FINALLY got my second tattoo. Torture ink gave me the absolute best experience I could've possibly asked for. The artists were all so nice, friendly, and knowledgable, the shop was super clean, and the all around vibe was just relaxing and made it easy to be comfortable there. Amy was my artist and Brett did my friends, and they were both amazing. The price was incredible considering the quality of the tattoos (you get what you pay for!). After my experience here

Called a week or so prior to my appointment. I was hoping to get in earlier but Craig's schedule was booked solid and I can now see why. What an incredible artist. I have 5 tattoos already but the one that Craig created for me was over the top amazing!!!! He was incredibly accommodating and made me feel like I was the only person in the room. Besides his sense of humor and overall great personality he made me more than comfortable. Needless to say I've found my "tattoo guy". I'll be getting more ink from Craig Smith at Torture Ink!!!
