Had a long drawn out custody battle, even before Dorothea got involved. Thanks to Dorothea's work, the judge stopped some antics of the other party.

The only reason I won custody for my daughter was because I had a slam dunk case. Reaching her or her assistant was an every day hassle. Multiple messages on her voicemail and emails sent to her and she still took over a week to get a call back. Only for her to call to go over things repeatedly for extensive time to rack up money that I had to pay her. In court, a one day (3 hour) trial turned into two 3 hour trials because she wasn’t prepared for her own questioning of the other parent. Yes, she allowed me to be on a payment plan, but that was the only thing that seemed to be filed on time.

Dorothea is very professional, she has been working my case (Custody) and I’ve had nothing but a positive outcome. She’s very responsive and fast with returning emails or calls. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Had to rely on her as a resource to deal with an out of state custody battle. She took advantage of me being out of state to charge insane fees to move documents that I have already written. $5000+ to forward a letter to the courts under her name. Her greedy actions cost me access to my own kid.

I was recomnended by another Anchorage attorney to contact Mrs. Aguero and words cannot describe how grateful I am to have chosen Mrs.Aguero as my attorney . I hired her to represent me in the beginning of 2016 . My case was not a easy one and through it all Dorothea has stood beside me making sure things were filed on time and that I was updated on current motions filed. As draining as my divorce case was she always made sure to do what was best for me in my case . At first our experience was good. We thought Mrs. Dorothea was making progress with reviewing over everything with our case. Hired her for about 1 month and nothing was filed. We are not sure what is going on with refunding our remaining balance back to us, til this day.We concluded our business with Dorothea on April 27th, 2016, and have yet to be refunded $3668.75. We feel as if this is very unprofessional. We had no problem complying with the $5000.00 retainer. We have called multiple times, left messages, and even emailed, with a very few responses back through email. We feel that there should
