Beth S. Persky is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law and The Fletcher School at Tufts. She has practiced immigration law since 1992 and is a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law with the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Beth is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Immigration Law Section. She is also the current Chair of the International Law Section of the Federal Bar Association. She handles visa cases, naturalization cases and administrative and federal appeals, and is proficient in French and Spanish.
